Governor Abdul Fatah Ahmed Commissions Harmony Hub
Governor Abdul Fatah Ahmed has lauded Harmony Holdings for its landmark edifice at Fate road Ilorin
The governor, who stated this today while commissioning the Harmony Hub Fate, said the project was in line with his administration’s urban renewal agenda.
He said the project demonstrates that private finance and capital can be utilised for public good and to enhance the welfare of the people.
The governor also commended Harmony Holdings Limited for demonstrating capacity to erecting a structure of International standard utilising Kwara professionals and artisans
In his remark, the board chairman of Harmony Holdings, HRH Professor Halidu Abubakar said the Harmony Hub Fate, offers the same level of high quality finishing as found in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port-Harcourt and indeed any other part of the world.
The chairman who was represented by the Chairman of Harmony Transport Services Limited, Professor Kenneth Adeyemi advised Kwarans in diaspora to come home and invest in the state.
Earlier, the Group Managing Director Tope Daramola expressed appreciation for the encouragement and support of the Governor while assuring that more projects are on the way
Daramola said the hub consist of 66 outlets made up of shops, office suit of two rooms and a reception, showrooms that are spacious and can be viewed from three different locations and a parking space of about 2000 square-meters which can take more than 70 vehicles conveniently.
He added that about 200 Kwarans will be employed when the Hub fully commences business.
Dignitaries present at the commissioning include the State Deputy Governor, Peter Kishira, Commissioners, Special Advisers and subscribers.
